Notes IOP call - 2 April 2012

1) Issue from previous call: Geographic Profile: Class Location the direction of the association to PowerSystemResource
No change in the UML profile. The direction is different from the distribution IOP. IOP participants would agree to keep it different. If this is the case the URI would be: http://entsoe.eu/Secretariat/Geographical/1

Additional discussion is necessary to assess the impact if we use CDPSM profile 1:1 or if we use ENTSO-E specific.

2) Profile status
The ENTSO-E profile was integrated in CIM16v06. This includes the last Dynamics package.
The next version of the profile (v25) is expected in the week of 2 April.

3) Namespace for Difference model for the file header
The profile from 2011 defines "File header (Difference Model - dm): http://iec.ch/TC57/61970-552/DifferenceModel/1"

Current practice is: http://iec.ch/2002/schema/CIM_difference_model

Action item: Check in 61970-552
